Brought a new apple pencil 1st generation on the 1st day of Great Indian Festival. The product was not charged initially and upon charging it is not getting charged beyond 3%. Hence, the bluetooth is not pairing the device and the seller is not providing any return for this device. Never buy this product as there would be no one to help you out. Location of purchase is Bangalore.
