Using since last 4 years. Perfect item.
Using the same item since 4 years with no problem. Order another one this time. Very safe. Result is quiet as needed. Built is a little delicate as compare to price and remote is also a little cheap as compared to shown in the product pic. Otherwise really a great deal. Internal electronic components are great.

Ok quality but not useful as wall heater
 I had an older model of warmex worked perfectly for years. So brought 2nos of this expecting similar performance. As you can see from the video that the MCB trips as soon as second level heating is turned on. I got the replacement but again same issue. So returned this and kept second one. The heating is not really upto the mark for a 120 sqft appropriately sealed room even after running for more than 1-2 hours at 2nd level( 2000W). Now I can not use it as table top as it needs 15A big plug. So spending so much money on this for the value it provides, I would not recommend this product. Better to buy a quartz or carbon element heater 800W would suffice and it can work on 5A plug. I have brought Sansui brand and it’s so much good and economical and heats up the room pretty quick!

Very attractive looking classy product which is well built . Works exactly as described .Can be fixed on wall easily . Quick and effective heating.Durability to be seen thru further use.Courier arrived uninformed during office/school hours and no one was home.Luckily neighbour was on leave and obliged to receive the package for me.DTDC should first contact on phone fix a time for delivery.

Worst Product and Worst Service.Please don’t waste your money in purchasing this product. We purchased 9 heaters and found one faulty heater, i am trying to reach them through phone and email but neither their phone nor their Email id is working.Please Please don’t buy this useless product. Their after sales Service is Pathetic.
